Greetings!

I've lately been corresponding with a lovely librarian from Missouri concerning a paranormal workshop for librarians and educators, and I've just learned that she's organizing a steampunk workshop for next year. Unfortunately, it seems many of the authors she's contacted have not responded. Would anyone here be interested in this opportunity?

The workshop will be held in May of 2012. Distance shouldn't be an issue, as I'm currently in New York and will be participating via Skype. Authors of adult and juvenile/YA fiction are both welcome.

If you are interested, you can contact me via SWAG, Twitter (@liahabel), or email (lia dot habel at gmail dot com). I'll compile a list of your names and/or contact information, and pass it along next week.

You could also approach me at The Steampunk Bizarre opening this weekend, if anyone else is attending!

Thank you for your time.

Sure, Lia, how does one attend this workshop, and what will it entail?
I'm not sure about the logistics 100% - I basically show up where I'm told. ;D If you'd like to PM me your email address, I can put you in contact with the director. (I don't want to spread her info far and wide on the Internet!)
