Hi all,

I'm an author (of fantasy, though I currently have a steampunk novel out on submission) and graphic designer (book covers and promotional material for authors and publishers) who loves all things steampunk, looking to connect with others who share this passion.

Hi Heather!

I saw your post and felt like I met a kindred spirit.  I'm an author (of horror and, similar to you, I have a steampunk novella out on submission).  I also work freelance on a number of art projects and mediums.  Welcome to S.W.A.G. and well met!  I think you'll like it here.  :-)

Thanks so much Kent! I look forward to chatting all things steampunk with you.

Hi Heather, I'm also new :)

I'm trying to write a steampunk story, (I don't know what length yet) as well as some accompanying art.

I'm aiming to make it a murder mystery/political thriller. The main problem I'm having is giving it a name!

Nice to Meet you,

Siarlot

It's nice to meet you too Siarlot! Don't stress over titles too much. It will come to you as the story develops! :)

Hello Heather. I joined SWAG this past week. I am an artist whose main medium is leather. My current focus is producing unique lmasks, hats and custom gun leather. I am also an aspiring author working on my first SP story. It is a SP thriller set in the American Southwest in the 1880's. It is an alternate history tale. The protaganist and his boon companion are recovering a holy relic looted from the Vatican during the 1527 sack of Rome 345 years ago. There is intrigue, espionage, murder, revenge, romance, betrayal and more. My biggest challenge is that I am a perfectionist and while I'm creating a SP old west, the overall history must ring true. Its a ton of work but I'm enjoying the journey.
I'm looking to connect with other artists who enjoy working with leather and writers who see the possibilities of "What if..."
Cheers,
Pandelirious Malifecto

Hi Pandelirious,
