Comment by Allison Merritt on January 23, 2012 at 12:32pm I'm planning to publish my steampunk romance, The Treasure Hunter's Lady, on February 10th. I've done a couple of short stories and a novella, non-steampunk related. Sales are low, but that's not really surprising.
I have several blog spots and interviews inline to hopefully help my novel out.
Hi Allison, is there more information or a link about the story? Is the book being released in print or e-format?
Comment by Elizabeth Watasin on January 25, 2012 at 3:18pm Hello everyone. I apologize for not being a very active member of S.W.A.G. I'm an illustrator/writer who's worked in animation and comic books. Currently I'm working on a YA novel and a steamgoth short story series. The first story is nearly done and I hope to have 2 more done in the next few months. My question is, has anyone a professional copy-editor to recommend? I've a very good editor for my YA novel, but I don't think historical steamgoth set in 1880's London is a good fit for him. Someone Victorian period knowledgeable, sympathetic to Steam perhaps, and accepting of UK spelling will be great. I'm not UK, btw, but I felt the story needed it. Sorry for such a long post! :)
Comment by Elizabeth Watasin on January 25, 2012 at 3:19pm Oh, and if I posted my query in the wrong group, feel free to let me know (and where I ought to take my question). Thanks to all!

Comment by Kelly Stanaway on January 27, 2012 at 10:23am This is awesome. I'll have to look them up when I'm ready too. I have a friend who's looking now though, I'll let her know too. This is a really awesome thread, I wish I would have seen it earlier XD
Comment by Allison Merritt on January 30, 2012 at 9:48am Kevin,
It's coming out in e-book format. Kindle, Nook, Smashwords forms. I love Smashwords for making it available to everyone.
The book description can be found here. I didn't really delve into the airship/electro-magntic pistols in the description, but they're in the story and they're lots of fun.
