C Scott Morris is a Father, Carpenter and Aspiring Writer of Dark Fantasy and Steampunk Literature. He lives in Salt Lake City with a Roller-Derby wife, two kids and one and three-quarters dogs. He plays DnD every week, enjoys top-shelf tequilla, really good coffee, and arguing enthusiastically about how grilling and Qing are not the same thing.
What do you hope to find at The Steampunk Writers & Artists Guild?
I hope to connect to other writers and fans of Steampunk Literature and Sub-culture, to join inspirational discussions and perhaps even let slip the occasional shameless self-promotion.
Some of the members in my writer's critique group are dungeon masters and it gives them an incredible solid footing for writing characterization. I'm curious, what is your published piece novel or short story and where is it published? Besides my steampunk novel, I've written a steampunk erotica story and am looking for a market - not quite sure which magazines to approach. I wish someone would publish a steampunk erotica anthology, but so far none on Duotrope.
