Steampunk Artist's Challenge

For anyone not familiar with it, Jon Schindehette, an Art Director over at Wizards of the Coast, has an Art Blog at http://theartorder.com where he regularly runs art challenges. The latest one is entitled "Story Extraction" and is based on input that he's gotten from Irene Gallo (Tor Books) and Lou Anders (Pyr Books). One of the options for this challenge is to create an image based on text from yet unpublished Steampunk novel "BLACK BOTTLE" by Anthony…See More

Hi there,

I noticed that one of the administrators kindly approved a couple of blog posts that included personal writing. I'd prefer to keep personal writing off the blog and reserve it for informational or educational posts only.

People who try to showcase their work can be referred to the two groups set up for that purpose. If they want feedback, they can post to Personal Writings of Every Sort and if it's perfect they can add to the Writing Showcase.

I have left a message for Ryan to let him know the rules, which are clearly set out under "New Members."
