What do you hope to find at The Steampunk Writers & Artists Guild?
I have been working on a manuscript that has started, without intent, to incorporate elements of Steampunk - at least I think it is. I am not very familiar with the genre. Hence, I hope to learn more about it. The manuscript was intended to by a YA adventure, but I may tweak it a bit if it turns out to be the best way forward.

I spend some quality time with Treasure Island recently and was astounded by how much good taste I had as a kid... ;)

I started The Explorers Club for you! I would love to read more travel adventure stories, and so would many teenage boys, I'm sure. Steampunk is a wonderful genre for writers of exploration and adventure!

The Jekyll and Hyde of Writing

Writing and rewriting are two sides of the same coin but each takes a different kind of mindset to accomplish. Most folks think of writing when they imagine what writers do; scribbling creative characters, scenes; oozing creativity onto the page into the wee hours of the night. "Yes Gwen, that can make it challenging. But if this seems to be your cup of tea but you don't want to interrupt your beauty rest, you can always download it and listen to it afterwards. :)"
