Colbert Dirt: Windsor Novelist takes on Stephen Colbert

I know it’s not Steampunk but it is news.  I thought you might be interested to know what I’m up to when I’m not creating my novels.  Recently, I have taken on Stephen Colbert of The Colbert Report.  Why?  Well, he pissed me off when he accused my adopted home town of being the “earth’s rectum.”  Have some fun and read what I had to say on my web page entitled “Colbert Dirt” at: http://www.markacarter.com/colbert.html.  Enjoy.

"Vile fate, and cruel!  Have you considered self-publishing on one of the services like CreateSpace?  Best of luck with whatever choice you make.  I hope it works out for you in the end."

A Free Pulpy Web Serial

I signed the contract, mailed it in, and the press promptly shut down before the book ever came out. After much deliberation (not really), I'm releasing it in thrice-weekly installments. You can follow the adventures of dimension-hopping assassin Jennifer Asten here:…See More
