Two weeks holiday from now! JEPEEEEH!
Apart from moving to our new lakeshore house which i hardly can't await, there hopefully will be time for writing, constructing, sharing information with you about what and who is going on in the City of Ore.
In the upcoming posts, I will focus on a few important characters, their stories behind as well as the role they play.
You certainly will be confused, especially when I take things for granted, which you cannot put into context yet.
That's intended :-) Finally I want you to read the whole thing once it is finished (somewhat in the future).
TODAY'S TEASER: KUTHULLA
The subterranean City of Ore has been built long time ago by members of the eleven houses of Earth Spirits which are Ghaator, Felidis, Chamaelia, Ferrean, Arbitrea, Zirkadis, Ecolae, Adamanta, Miasmea, Aqua Tenebra and Xen Canto (so proud of those names:-)), in order to escape from the hostile above ground lands of the huge world of Talesfar.
But the founders of Ore had to face a huge (hehehe) problem first: Kuthulla, the fat tentacle bearing, devious and very smart empress of the gigantic ore mines of Talesfar. Kuthulla granted them the permit to built their city, powered by steam and the pure forces of the earth, not until they warranted to her a not insignificant proportion of the city's future opulences.
Apart from being an obnoxious beast, she also has a secret romantic vein: the heart-touching dime novels of Picadilly Reinhardt, who hides his true identity (no, I won't tell :-)).
Nobody knows, how long Kuthulla has been residing in her Mine Palace, nor where she comes from. Some say she has been sent by a higher force, maybe Mother Earth herself, but I personally believe, she just dropped down from somewhere celestial, hit the ground hard and smashed straight through the earth until a very hard rock stopped her plunge abruptly. We will never know exactly.
27 years before the plot sets in, Kuthulla gave birth to a semihumanoid son - Howard - now a frail, pale and timid young man who's biggest wish is to become a reknowened writer (hehehe, any idea?).
THUS SPEAKS THE ORACLE OF THE EARTH: Thou shalt not reveal more!
