You can do it, and I'm here to help if you get lost. The easiest way to see what's new is to check out the Latest Activity section on the home page (in the right margin). Scroll through and see if any of the forum discussions take your fancy, or who's posted something new.

Otherwise just head to the forum or read the blog posts and leave a comment. Social networks are about responding, even more than they are about contributing new content. Usually people just want to know they were heard. :)
