My pleasure. It was pure coincidence I saw a new comer while I was updating my page. :D

Hi Tim, nice to "meet" you. I signed up for this a bit ago and haven't done much yet. I suppose I should explore and find out what there is to do here. ;-)

Hi Tim! Love your picture. Do you attend many steampunk conventions wearing it? If you have , don't you hate having to zip your weapons up before attending them? Nice to meet you!

Hi Tim,
Thanks for the welcome! I do write, actually! I'm not published yet, but I'm on the second draft of my first novel. It's a steampunk fantasy. (or perhaps gaslight or one of the other subgenres, I'm really unsure about precise classifications!) That sounds like a great mission in life you have! If you don't mind me asking, have you published anything? Or is it that you're in the process, too?

Thanks Renee,  The picture is vintage as oppossed to staged.  I'm an old geizzer you know!  :) I've never attended a steampunk convention though now I may just have to do that.  I do read and enjoy a great deal of the genre and since I write, I felt a near desperate need to do a steampunk novel.

Thank you! When I'm at that stage, I will certainly keep you and your imprints in mind.  It may be a while before I'm sticking my toes near those waters, though!

I have noted the gorgeous works that the cover artists of this site produce. There's definitely a lot on S.W.A.G. to look at! I intend to participate in the forums a good bit, so I might just see you there. : )

Thank you, Tim. :D

I don't get nearly enough steampunk projects, so I made one of my own, lol.

The Secret Notebook of Michael Faraday, my second novel in the Airship Flamel Advenstures Series is now available!

The book is a prequel to my first novel To Rule the Skies, although I think of it more as just coming first chronologically.  It follows the main character from my previous novel, Nicodemus Boffin, from his boyhood to about a decade before the events in To Rule the Skies. The synopsis:Nicodemus Boffin, a uncommonly clever boy…See More
