As it is that festive time of the year, I was wondering how everyone addresses Christmas/Yuletide in their stories and lives as it was so big in the Victorian era.

I know in my 2113 return to old west mixed with Native American kingdoms of the southwest its an interesting mix.  You have the Navajo's Kreshmes, Zuni's Deshkwi -time of fasting-, Mexican/New Mexican Navidad, and Aztecan Winter Solstice.  Plus the Irish and Victorian influances since my 2113 is basically a slightly steampunk modernized 1880s.

In my latest novel I had a huge New Year's ball, where gifts were exchanged. In my universe the religion of Christianity has been usurped by Deist and Estonian religions. Neither of these religions celebrate Christmas.

That's the spirit... anything like that.

The Zuni fast and Aztec Celebration are pre christian traditions, btw.
