My first novel( coming very soon)

When I first started writing, I mean seriously writing, steam punk grabbed a hold of me. When I began the novel, my intention was to make it steam punk through and through, but the science fiction and fantasy nerd came out in me. Though it is a speculative fiction that may not appeal to all steam punks, I thoroughly enjoyed writing it and hope you enjoy reading it. https://www.facebook.com/AethernaughtChronicles

my ruminations

When I started writing I was worried that, as it is when I run a RP game, I'd have problems with developing character motivation. Assuming I could buffer that some with technology and science fiction, I set out to write a work of Steam punk/ science fantasy. Rest before the wicked

I've decided to step back from Dixie Aethernaughts for a little bit before I do the final proofing and such. In the meantime have been working on a supernatural Horror tale. You can see an excerpt of it on my blog.

curious about steam punk purity

I've finished writing my novel. I'm somewhat worried that it may not be received well by the Steam Punk crowd. The first half is very much Steampunk-ish but in the second half it becomes hard scifi fantasy with future tech. I'm not apologetic but am curious about other's input.
